On January 5, 2019, the state started to receive pre-filed application fees. To clarify, the pre-filed application fees do not save a place “in line” for the applicants or guarantee them a license. The process will be merit-based, and applications will only be graded after the application submission deadline to allow all applicants a fair chance.
