A Growing Conciouness Around Carbon

Written by: Eric Singular

Today, on the 51st annual celebration of Earth Day, there is unequivocally a growing awareness surrounding carbon and cannabis. Substantive conversations are beginning to take place and this was highlighted at the NoCo Hemp Expo event in Denver last month.

The United States under the Biden administration is investing huge amounts of resources into the fight for the climate. This week, President Biden pledged to cut U.S. greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030. The question is what role will agriculture and industrial hemp play in a sustainable future?

This week, we celebrate this beautiful planet that we call home and cannabis – an amazing plant with nearly endless, sustainable possibilities.
