Australia: Crocodile heads and LSD seized by Innisfail police

Three men are facing a total of 26 charges after police discovered , LSD, cannabis, cash, ammunition and two crocodile heads at two addresses south of Innisfail.

Search warrants were executed in Wangan and Camp Creek on Saturday.

A 39-year-old Camp Creek man was charged with 11 offences and remains in custody after he didn’t apply for bail during a court appearance yesterday.

A 50 year-old Nanum man was denied bail after being charged with ten offences, while a 40 year-old Kurrimine Beach man received four charges including breaching bail.

A fourth man was given a drug diversion for the possession of a dangerous drug and a drug utensil.

It’s a legislated program that allows police to offer participation in a drug diversion assessment program as an alternative to prosecution.
