Subject: Cannabis licence applications now open [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
Dear Stakeholder,
This email is to announce that as of today, legislation enabling the domestic cultivation and manufacture of cannabis for medicinal purposes is in effect.
As a result, a number of changes have been made to the ODC website.
Most importantly, we will now accept cannabis licence applications through our online smart form which can be accessed on the application forms and guidance page of the ODC website. This page also contains all guidelines and guidance documents you should consult before commencing any application.
Should you have difficulty completing or submitting your application using the online form, please email application.mcs@health.gov.au. For more general enquiries, please use mcs@health.gov.au.
Thank you for your patience leading up to the commencement of the Commonwealth’s medicinal cannabis framework and to all who contributed to its development.
