The Medical Cannabis Users Association of Australia wants the NT Govt to start thinking about the issue seriously. We can all hope. Although with the current Australian Federal Govt looking to drug test the unemployed wanting to access benefits we hold out little hope for any commonsense on the issue.

The people of the Northern Territory draw to the attention of the House: That Cannabis has been legalised Australia wide for Medical use since 2016. Only a tiny handful of Territorians have been able to access medical cannabis due to the excessively high price of products; lack of doctors willing to prescribe and the lengthy, and often costly, application process through corporate cannabis clinics.
