Greens leader Adam Bandt has been slammed online after he tweeted he would be ‘proud’ if school leavers decided to take some time off to smoke weed.
Mr Bandt had made the tweet to congratulate Year 12 students for completing their end of year exams after a difficult year.
‘To everyone who’s just wrapping up Year 12: today, it doesn’t matter what your ATAR is, or what your next plans are,’ he wrote on Thursday.
