Due to guidance from public health officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Bureau of Cannabis Control offices will be closed to the general public until further notice, with exceptions made for those who have scheduled appointments to pay their license fees. Licensees must schedule appointments in advance to pay license fees in person. These appointments can be made by emailing CannabisFeeAppt@dca.ca.gov.
While our offices may be closed, Bureau staff will continue to work and provide services remotely. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
