The legal battle between the U.S. arm of Canadian cannabis giant Canopy Growth and a Nevada-based hemp producer appears to be over.
Canopy’s filing to dismiss came a month after Go Farm Hemp’s initial lawsuit against the Ontario, Canada-based company for allegedly failing to pay some advance money was dismissed by a New York court.Canopy filed notice that it is dropping its lawsuit accusing Go Farm Hemp of squandering a $12 million advance to grow hemp.
