 How to Report a Problem on Instagram
1. Search for our banned account on Instagram: @chacruna.institute 
2. When we don’t show up, shake your phone.
- A pop-up will appear saying:“Did something go wrong?”
3. Tap “Report a Problem”
4. Describe the Issue and tap “send”
- You can write something like:
- “Hello, I am a follower of the Chacruna Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and advocacy around plant medicines and Indigenous rights. Their Instagram account (@chacruna.institute) was recently disabled, and I believe this was a mistake. They provide valuable educational content and have always adhered to community guidelines. Please review and reinstate their account. Thank you.”
