On March 26, China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) opened a public consultation, which outlawed the use of Cannabis Sativa Fruit, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Cannabis Sativa Leaf Extract, and Cannabidiol (CBD) in cosmetics.
