The Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division is planning a work group regarding House Bill 19-1090 (“Measures to Allow Greater Investment Flexibility”), which is pending final action. The work group will provide an opportunity for stakeholder collaboration on anticipated implementation details of HB19-1090, to include proposed rules, forms, and process updates.
The HB19-1090 work group is scheduled to meet on the following dates:

First Meeting:          Monday, June 17, 2019, 1:00 pm
Second Meeting:     Monday, July 15, 2019, 1:00 pm
Location:                 Marijuana Enforcement Division
1707 Cole Blvd., Suite 300, Red Rocks Room
Lakewood, CO 80401

If you are interested in serving on this work group, please complete an online application by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Prior to submitting your request, please confirm your availability on the dates and times for which the work group meetings are scheduled. If you are available to attend only one of the two scheduled work group meetings noted above, please note this in your online application.

For interested parties not selected to serve on the work group, your continued engagement remains critical to the rulemaking process. Work group meetings are open to the public and interested parties can take an active role in the process by attending work group meetings, offering oral comments during the public comment portion of the meetings, and by submitting written comments on proposed rules.
The Marijuana Enforcement Division will soon be announcing additional work group meetings to implement other 2019 legislation. For questions about the Division’s rulemaking process, you may contact Danielle Henry, at danielle.henry@state.co.us or Dominique Mendiola at dominique.mendiola@state.co.us.
Regards,
The Marijuana Enforcement Division
