Dear Marijuana Industry Stakeholders, Proposed rules to be heard at the public permanent rulemaking hearing on October 16, 2018 are now available on the Division’s website. The proposed rules have been posted on the Division’s rulemaking webpage at the following link: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/enforcement/med-2018-rulemaking Written comments on proposed rules are encouraged and will be accepted until 5:00 PM on October 16, 2018. Please use the the Division’s rule comment form, or a similar format, for submitting rule comments. The rule comment form can be obtained at the following link: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/MEDRuleCommentForm_4.pdf Rule comments can be submitted via email to: dor_medrulecomments@state.co.us. Written comments also can be submitted in person at the hearing. Stakeholders, licensees, and members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the hearing and provide oral comments on the proposed rules.
