The proposed rules have been posted on the Division’s rulemaking webpage at the following link: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/enforcement/med-2018-rulemaking Written comments on proposed rules are encouraged and will be accepted until 5:00 PM on October 16, 2018. Please use the the Division’s rule comment form, or a similar format, for submitting rule comments. Written comments also can be submitted in person at the hearing.
