On August 17, 2018, the Division announced it is facilitating two work group meetings on the following topics: (1) Intended Use Categories and Designation of Certain Non-Conforming Marijuana Products; and (2) Legislation Implementation: HB18-1381 – Permissive Vertical Integration.

Unfortunately, the announcement emailed to you reflected the incorrect times during which these meetings will be held, while the Division’s website reflects the accurate times. The correct times during which the Division is holding each meeting are below:

The Division held the primary work group meetings on these topics on July 9, 2018 (Intended Use Categories) and July 26, 2018 (Permissive Vertical Integration). Therefore, the supplemental work group meetings will offer an opportunity for continuation of earlier stakeholder discussions and to hear any additional comments from interested parties.
