To support efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 and to comply with public health social-distancing guidelines and orders, along with the desire to ensure sufficient opportunities for stakeholder participation in the Accelerator Program rulemaking process and support the success of the Accelerator Program, the permanent rulemaking, tracking no. 2020-00115 is terminated. Therefore, the permanent rulemaking hearing scheduled for March 30, 2020, is canceled. The State Licensing Authority will issue a new notice of permanent rulemaking as soon as possible to inform stakeholders of opportunities to engage in the permanent rulemaking process for the development of the Accelerator Program and other rules.
Please note the Emergency Rules adopted March 20, 2020 in response to COVID-19 remain in effect. The Emergency Adoption Order and Emergency Rules, which remain in effect, are attached below.
