Non-WeHo Cannabis Delivery Businesses Need to Apply for a Business License The City of West Hollywood has just released Non-WeHo Cannabis Delivery Business Applications for those delivery licensees operating outside the City, but conduct deliveries within West Hollywood. The applications can be found on the City’s website. Prospective Non-WeHo cannabis delivery operators will need to complete the application and provide the required documentation.
