Hemp Roundtable – Farm Bill Update, “We are one step closer to permanent legalization of hemp”

We are one step closer to permanent legalization of hemp.

Today, members of the House/Senate conference committee took time to sign off formally on the report which includes all of the hemp provisions from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s Hemp Farming Act.

Here’s hemp hero Congressman James Comer signing the dotted line:

We expect the conference report to be filed in the House and Senate tomorrow (Tuesday), and after a few days of floor discussion and debate, we expect full passage by the end of the week.
