Last Prisoner Project – Compassionate Release For 90 Year Old Cannabis Smuggler

Not sure in what world we live in that waiting till he was 90 to release him is compassionate..  that said well done LPP at least they apply the pressure.

We are happy to announce that our consituent Horacio Raul Estrada-Elias was granted compassionate release after serving 13 years of a life sentence for cannabis.⁣
⁣
At 90 years old, Horacio is in poor health but is very much looking forward to spending his final years at home with his sister and children.⁣
