AUMP Conditional Licensees: Have You Completed Metrc Training and Ordered Your Tags?
Active licensure in the adult use program is scheduled to begin in just over a week and retail sales to consumers in October.

If you are a new conditional licensee, now is the time to complete Metrc’s training and to prepare for track and trace credentialing! Training is available through the Metrc website at:

Have you obtained local authorization and begun the process of obtaining an active license? If so, then you need to provide OMP with the identity of your track and trace administrator. Your administrator will need to have completed Metrc’s new business training course and passed the track and trace comprehension test before your establishment will be issued Metrc production credentials.

An establishment cannot order Metrc tags and labels until they are credentialed in Metrc. As a reminder, tags and labels are printed in Florida and shipped via UPS with a standard shipping time of 5-7 days. With hurricane season ongoing, please note that weather can affect the processing timelines of your tag orders. Please plan accordingly.
