Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission: Amended administrative order allowing licensed Marijuana Establishments (MEs) and Colocated Marijuana Operators (CMOs) to utilize curbside operations

May 20, 2020 the Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) of Massachusetts issued an amended administrative order allowing licensed Marijuana Establishments (MEs) and Colocated Marijuana Operators (CMOs) to utilize curbside operations along with Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers. MEs and CMOs may begin to adopt curbside operations starting Monday, May 25, 2020.
