A ‘high impact operation, aimed at prevention and fight against drug dealing in schools has brought, to the reporting of a 16-year-old as a drug user. The inspection, conducted by the military of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus (NOR) of the Carabinieri Company of Benevento, with the support of the anti-drug canine units (German Shepherd NEO) of Sarno (SA), took place at a High School in Benevento. During the inspection, coordinated with the Headmaster, a young student, surprised in class when the military arrived, tried in vain to get rid of a cellophane package. The gesture, noticed by the military, led to the recovery of the substance (HASHISH) was found to be approximately 17 grams.
Subsequently, the Carabinieri carried out a search at the minor’s home, in the presence of the parents, which however gave a negative result. However, during the same operation, Another 1,5 grams of hashish were found inside a waste bin at the school and were seized from unknown persons.
