Role 🎨
• Lead communications at Mindbloom to build an iconic consumer brand
• Drive massive awareness by testing and scaling earned and social channels such as PR, partnerships, podcasts, Clubhouse, influencers, and more
• Strategically balance a brand with many stakeholders including patients, providers, payers, regulators, and industry
• Own our brand website and social media door fronts
• Build and lead a stunning team of employees, contractors, and agencies
Sound Like You? 🎧
• Experience: 6+ years as a brand-oriented or communications marketer with a proven track record of 1) driving massive awareness through soft marketing channels and 2) building a notable consumer brand that stands for something
• Creative Storyteller: You understand consumer emotions and cultural trends, and you can craft messaging and stories that resonate and create movements
• Mission-Obsessed: You have a deep personal connection to altered states of consciousness
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
• Player-Coach: You still roll up your sleeves to execute, and you know when and how to build a diverse and stunning team
• Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle
• Makes Exceptional Decisions: You use rigor, data, and speed to make intentional decisions
