Location: Jersey Shore, PA

Reports To: MJ Freeway & Compliance Administrator

Job Description

Terrapin is looking for a MJ Freeway & Compliance Associate to join our growing company. As a Boulder, Colo.-based national cannabis company, Terrapin is a pioneer in the emerging industry. Terrapin is a cultivator, processor and provider of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis products. Over 10 years of operations, Terrapin has grown into a multi-state company with nearly 400 employees. As we have expanded nationally, our need for a MJ Freeway & Compliance Associate has grown significantly.

The purpose of this position is to support the MJ Freeway & Compliance Administrator with the data entry and reporting requirements of the Terrapin PA facility. The position is typically Monday through Friday but nights and weekend availability is a must. While a 40-hour position, the daily hours vary based on activities at the facility. The position would be responsible for the recording of each step in the process of product moving from Seed to Sale within MJ Freeway.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cultivation (in MJF)
Create Clones
Electronically transplant, kill and Mom plants
Report Wet Harvest
Report Dry Harvest
Move Bulk Flower to Extraction & Infusion

Extraction & Infusion (in MJF)
Receive Bulk Flower from Cultivation
Create Lab Products
Create Prepacks
Monitor and continuously audit Cannabis Inventory

Compliance
Bi-weekly Testing with External Lab
Submittals to DOH (products, packaging, employees, events, delivery schedule, etc)

Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Data Entry Experience
Working knowledge of MJ Freeway preferred
Knowledge of regulations of the PA Medical Marijuana Program
Ability to work alone with little to no supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy
Communication skills and diplomacy to sensitive information
Proficiency with general software applications, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google forms, Google sheets, etc.);
Quick learner, capable of working in fast paced environment, good at handling change

Salary/Pay Rate

$32,640+ based on experience
