Nevada: Cannabis Compliance Board Files Complaint Against Desert Bloom

On April 14, 2021, according to a complaint filed by the CCB, on a routine inspection of NLVG dba Desert Bloom, CCB agents said that they allegedly found 122 cannabis plants without the required METRC tags. CCB agents reported in the complaint that they found other issues including that NLVG did not have adequate security camera coverage. The CCB’s counsel has recommended a 20 day suspension and a fine of $70,000
