Nevada: CCB to Hold Third Public Workshop on Cannabis Consumption Lounges

The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) will hold its third public workshop regarding regulations surrounding the licensing and operation of cannabis consumption lounges on Friday, April 29, 2022.

The April 29 workshop agenda, proposed regulations, and additional materials have been posted today and are viewable here: https://ccb.nv.gov/public-meetings/#public-meetings-2.

How to submit public comment:

Public comments can be shared in-person at the April 29 workshop. There will be two physical meeting locations in Las Vegas and Carson City.

Those who cannot attend but wish to submit public comment are encouraged to send written comments ahead of the workshop by email to: regulations@ccb.nv.gov.  All written comments will be posted online for the public to view.

This will be the CCB’s 15th public meeting regarding consumption lounges. No formal action will be taken at the April 29 workshop. The CCB will consider the proposed regulations at a subsequent board meeting. Once the regulations are approved, the CCB will move forward announcing an open licensing period and accepting applications for cannabis consumption lounges.
