Through the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act recently signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, New York legalized recreational cannabis use by adults over the age of 21. DHC is pleased to announce a new Cannabis Practice Group to help cannabis retail, growers, distributors, processors, and investors navigate the new regulations associated with the law in ways that safeguard both public safety and business enterprise.
