The Ohio Department of Commerce has filed the proposed cultivator rules with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR). The impacted public may offer testimony at a public hearing on March 20, 2017, at the State Fire Marshal Office, 8895 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. The hearing will be held from 12-5 p.m. ET, unless there are no further comments before the expiration of the designated time period.
