OLCC Approves Marijuana Licensee Stipulated Settlements Commission Defers Action Against Wholesale Licensee

During the contested case hearing the Commission heard from OLCC staff and legal counsel representing the licensee; Black Market. After deliberating during executive session, the Commission announced it would continue those deliberations at a future meeting.

Additionally, the Commission approved the following fines and/or marijuana license suspensions, license surrenders, or marijuana worker permit surrender based on stipulated settlements:

Integrated Farms* will surrender five recreational marijuana producer licenses and each licensee agrees to accept a letter of reprimand for eight violations.

Licensees are: Wicked Rain Farms, LLC; Olaf Knuston, Member.

American Cannabis Company in Medford will pay a fine of $5,280 AND serve a four-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension OR serve a 36-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for one violation.

Licensee is: Marigold Enterprises, LLC; Doug Breidenthal, Member.

West in Oregon City will pay a fine of $1,485 OR serve a nine-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for one violation.

Licensees are: Daryl Bell, Co-Licensee; PPC Holdings LLC, Co-Licensee; Noella Nelson, Member.

Hi Casual Cannabis in Astoria will pay a fine of $1,485 OR serve a nine-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for one violation.

Licensees are: Hi Distibuting, LLC; Wayne Zallen, Managing Member.

Mana Extracts* will pay a fine of $1,485 OR serve a nine-day recreational marijuana processor license suspension for one violation.

Licensees are: Mana Holdings, LLC; Gordon Massie, Member; Joint Holdings, LLC, Member; Sean Carriger, Member/Manager; WWM, LLC, Member; Morgan Whitford, Member; Shadow Ray Unltd, LLC, Member; Reuben Ray, Member/Manager.

S & S Emporium in Coos Bay will pay a fine of $5,280 OR serve a 32-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for three violations.

Licensees are: S & S Emporium, LLC; Skylar Arment, Managing Member.

Kush Gardens Co. in Medford will surrender its recreational marijuana retailer license and each licensee agrees to accept a letter of reprimand for three violations.

Licensees are: Lee Consulting of Oregon, LLC; Jimmie Gilbert, Jr., Member.

Kings of Canna in Portland will pay a fine of $7,260 OR serve a 44-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for three violations.

Licensees are: KJK Enterprises, LLC; Kent Thompson, Member; Jerrod Thompson, Member; Kip Rowles, Member.

Stonies in North Bend will pay a fine of $4455 AND serve a 23-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension OR serve a 50-day license suspension.

Licensees are: Stonies, LLC; Robert Metcalfe, Member.

FX 420 in Roseburg will pay a fine of $5,775 OR serve a 35-day recreational marijuana retailer license suspension for five violations.

Licensees are: FX 420, Inc.; Robert Schuster, Director/Stockholder; Kenneth Hyde, Director/Stockholder; Kelly Hyde, Secretary/Director.

Dirty Arm Farm* will pay a fine of $6,765 OR serve a 41-day recreational marijuana processor license suspension for five violations.

Licensees are: Chosen Ventures, LLC; APIS, LLC, Member; Jamie Syken, Manager/Member; Melissa Syken, Member.

Millenium Farms* will surrender its recreational marijuana producer license and each licensee agrees to accept a letter of reprimand for eight violations.

Licensees are: Milennium Farms Corp; Greg Adrianse, President/Secretary/Director/Stockholder.
