Oregon Live.com has reported that  Jesse Rogers, the person who registered CannaKing with the health authority, also agreed to pay a $4,000 fine for eight violations detailed in a stipulated settlement order signed by the director of the dispensary program and Rogers.

The report goes on to say that

According to the agreement, Rogers violated rules related to documentation of inventory and transfers of marijuana. Security, product labeling and keeping marijuana in a secure place also were problems.

The health authority proposed revoking CannaKing’s registration but withdrew once Rogers agreed to turn it in.

Under the terms of the agreement, Rogers may apply for another dispensary registration.

The health authority has imposed fines on three marijuana establishments so far this year.
