Please fill out this form to indicate your interest in having your Oregon criminal record analyzed by the PCC CLEAR Clinic to determine whether you are eligible for criminal record expungement.

If we determine that you are eligible to have all or part of your Oregon criminal record expunged, you can attend an in-person expungement clinic event sponsored by the Oregon Cannabis Association in either Bend or Eugene, Oregon, (see details below) or have your forms sent to you in the mail with detailed instructions on how to file.

We are only able to assist with the expungement of Oregon criminal records. Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will be eligible for expungement, nor does it guarantee that we will be able to assist you with your expungement. If you are eligible, and we can assist you, we will help prepare your forms for you to file with the court. You will be responsible for filing your forms yourself, and for all filing fees you may incur.
