Friends and Members: The OCA has been hard at work on a number of issues during legislative session however one of our biggest challenges has been, and continues to be, the city of Portland’s cannabis regulatory license. The OCA has participated in a number of meetings with the city without seeing any significant change, other than TCOs for non-volatile processors, to the licensing process. As of now, the statistics are grim. See below:
