| Oregon Psilocybin Services – Rules Advisory Committees meet this month |

| Greetings,
Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) will convene three Rules Advisory Committees (RACs) this September to discuss draft administrative rules for the ongoing administration of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act. These virtual meetings are open to the public and will be recorded and posted on our website. For dates, times, meeting links, recordings and more, please go to the OPS Administrative Rules webpage. RAC#1 will discuss Technical Fixes to OPS Administrative Rules, RAC#2 will discuss rules related to the implementation of Senate Bill 303 that was passed in the 2023 Oregon Legislative Session, and RAC #3 will discuss rules related to Training Programs and HECC Licensure. After the RACs provide their input in September, OPS will revise the rule language, and the next version of proposed rules will be open for public comment. The public comment period will be from November 1 through November 22, 2023. At that time, we will invite members of the public to submit comments in writing or attend one of three public hearings, which will soon be posted on the OPS meeting calendar online.
