Geoff Ramsey  a Digital Communications Officer at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), supporting efforts to integrate digital/ social media strategies into WOLA’s campaigns and policy work across platforms. His prior work involved monitoring the politics around Uruguay’s 2013 drug policy reforms, where he lived for nearly two years, and he continues to produce periodic analyses of these at WOLA for a specialized audience of drug policy experts.
