Foley & Lardner LLP represented NOXX, a Michigan-based vertical cannabis company, on its $15 million debt raise from Altmore Capital, a specialty finance firm investing in the U.S. cannabis industry. NOXX will use the additional financial backing to fund capital expenditure and fuel the company’s plans for future acquisitions and expansion.
