Hi Sean,

Banking and merchant services have long been one of the biggest issues affecting cannabis (both marijuana and hemp) businesses. With increases in dispensary and online sales, the need for safe, effective and compliant banking and merchant services has never been more important. This panel of industry experts will explore and discuss the current state of affairs at both the state and federal level, what are some of the issues facing both cannabis companies and financial institutions, and what should cannabis companies be doing to ensure they can obtain and keep the services they need. This group will explore some of the issues operators have faced with merchant services, whether or not the SAFE Banking Act and other state initiatives will help the industry, where they see the future of cannabis banking and merchant services. This is a panel you will not want to miss!

• SAFE Banking Act (opinions, impact, will it do anything)

• What banks are looking for in clients (expectations, diligence, AML, KYC, deposit amounts)

• What companies should be looking for in a bank (expectations, diligence, AML, KYC, fees, etc.)

• Payment processing v. merchant services (is there a difference, what are they, legal/illegal, how do they work, etc.)

• Direct issues cannabis operators face (multiple banks/ multiple states, transferring funds across state lines or internationally, can a public company get funds to and from Canadian banks, etc.)

• Cashless ATMs
