This week’s updates in the California Cannabis scene mark major developments as Cannabis Authorities release updated Proposed Non-Emergency Regulations.

There is news coming from the California Franchise Tax Board, San Luis Obispo County, Atwater, and Riverside County.

The three, leading cannabis governing bodies: Bureau of Cannabis Control, Department of Food and Agriculture, and the Department of Public Health, released the proposed Non-Emergency Regulations that are going through a period of Public Comment that closes on November 5, 2018 at 5 p.m.
