Portland, OR — The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is expanding the recall of EliteXtrx rice cereal treat edibles that was initiated on January 23, 2025. The OLCC is issuing a new product recall of peanut butter rice cereal treat edibles sold under the name Elitextrx 1:1 Crispy that failed to disclose the presence of milk, a major allergen.
The OLCC is utilizing the state’s Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) to identify affected inventory and issue notices to retailers and other licensees to halt further distribution and sale. The product poses a risk to public health and safety and should not be sold or consumed.

Consumers who purchased the recalled products should destroy them. The OLCC has not received any health-related complaints from the use of the recalled products. OLCC staff is continuing to work with retailer licensees to remove the products from being offered for sale, and an investigation is ongoing.
Consumers with health-related concerns about a recalled product should contact the Oregon Poison Center at 800-222-1222, or their medical provider. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
