US Hemp Roundtable GC, Jonathan Miller, Appears Before Georgia House Study Committee on Industrial Hemp

Our General Counsel, Jonathan Miller, made the trip down south today to speak in front of Georgia’s House Study Committee on Industrial Hemp.
Why Georgia (Why)? Georgia is one of the 9 remaining states that do not have a hemp pilot program in place, and legislative efforts to define hemp have been unsuccessful to date. Georgia is also a neighbor to Alabama where we’ve seen some of the most aggressive anti-hemp and hemp-derived CBD law enforcement in the country.
