The Office of Cannabis Regulation would like to clarify that dates being circulated by outside sources as application deadlines are inaccurate. Any information regarding updates, deadlines, and applications will be posted on the OCR website (ocr.vi.gov) or on our social media sites and accompanied by a press release.

We know that aspiring canna-preneurs are eagerly awaiting updates. The OCR is working diligently on the application process so that we fulfill the mandate of The Virgin Islands Cannabis Use Act to make the process fair, equitable, and transparent and hope to have an announcement soon.
