CALL FOR SPEAKERS We are seeking Speakers for the 2017 Cannabis Law Institute in the topic areas listed on the Speaker Request Form. Current NCBA members will be given preference for speaking slots. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE SPEAKER REQUEST FORM Speaking proposals will be accepted until October 7, 2016 Your submission will be reviewed and evaluated by the NCBA Executive Committee and internal Member led committees. We receive many proposals for our events, so please be aware that this is a highly selective process. As such, we request that you thoroughly develop your proposal before submitting it. We will begin notifying speakers in late October/early November.
