Extract: MERRY JANE recently received an inquiry from a domainer trying to hawk Kush.com for seven-figures. For comparison, you could buy 13,000 ounces of OG Kush with that type of guap. What gives?
“Right now the asking price is $3,000,000 but there could be flexibility.”
Yup, $3 million. Seven figures. Enough money to warrant one of those oversized checks that probably don’t exist outside pop culture. Three. Million. Dollars.
For comparison, you could buy over 13,000 ounces of OG Kush — one of the more common Kush strains in California — with that amount of guap. You could also buy over 270,000 grams of Blackberry Kush, a hybrid of Afghan Kush and Blackberry. Hell, that’s likely enough money to start your own legal grow-op and harvest your own Kush.

Title: Pro-Legalization Congressman To Target Anti-Cannabis Lawmakers

Extract: One of Congress’s leading champions for marijuana law reform is going beyond just trying to pass legislation to push back against federal prohibition and is now actively working to defeat fellow lawmakers who are standing in the way of those bills. “I’ve been working to try and give you a better Congress,” Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) said at a cannabis industry event on Tuesday night. “One of the other things we are doing is not just helping friends, but to help people who are against us find something else to do with their time.” His first target is Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX). As chairman of the powerful House Rules Committee, Sessions, who is not related to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, has played a key role in preventing marijuana legislation from advancing.

On Monday, the legislature convenes for a special session and is expected to vote on the revised Marijuana Legalization Act (details below). We urge you to contact members of the legislature (contact information for the Senate can be found here, and for the House here) to weigh in with your support of the revised MLA, encouraging them to pass the revised bill as adopted by the MLI Committee.
