Wyoming Man Jailed For DMT Manufacture

Jody Earl, 59, received an imposed 3.5- to five-year sentence May 6 for manufacturing DMT. The sentence given by District Judge Stuart S. Healy III fell short of the recommendation prosecutors agreed to make in a plea deal, which would have been up to eight years in prison, according to court documents.
