9-10 December 2026 Mexico City, Mexico – 3rd Law Enforcement Conference on Drug Trafficking, Organised Crime Networks and International Co-operation

The 3rd Law Enforcement Conference on Drug Trafficking, Organised Crime Networks and International Co-operation, organised by the Pompidou Group with the support of the Mexican Vice-Presidency, will bring together law enforcement and justice experts from Europe, the Americas and international organisations to examine evolving challenges in the global drug trade.

Building on the discussions and operational insights of the Regional Thematic Seminar on Emerging Synthetic Drug Trends and Challenges held on 8 December, the Conference will broaden the focus to trafficking routes, organised crime networks, the online dimensions of drug trafficking and innovation in law enforcement. Drawing on experiences from the Americas and Europe, participants will exchange good practices and explore intelligence-led and coordinated responses, while addressing the protection of human rights and the environmental impact of drug production.

Together, the two events provide a platform for connecting regional challenges with wider international perspectives and strengthening co-operation between practitioners and institutions across regions.

Three days in Mexico City. Two complementary events. One shared objective: strengthening international co-operation to respond to an increasingly complex and fast-changing drug landscape.
