- Under the agreement, Annex will use APH’s hemp meal in products under its Red Tractor Brand which is sold throughout Australia and in more than 10 countries
- The agreement is valued at $250,000 and builds on APH’s strategy of expanding its supply business
- APH is up 7.14 per cent on the market with shares trading at 45 cents
Australian Primary Hemp (APH) has signed a two year supply agreement with Annex Foods for the supply of hemp meal.
Founded in 1997, Annex is a Victorian-based health and snack food company. Its products include muesli bars, cereal and granola.
Under the agreement, Annex will use APH’s hemp meal in products under its Red Tractor Brand, which is sold throughout Australia and in more than 10 countries worldwide.
“Annex Foods is committed to using Australian grown ingredients in our products and is delighted to partner with progressive companies like APH,” Annex Managing Director Kane Ketterplace said.
“The agreement extends our range of Red Tractor Australia grown grains and seeds to include world class hemp products,” he added.
The agreement is valued at $250,000 and it builds on APH’s strategy of expanding its supply business.
“We believe that this second agreement with Annex demonstrates our ability to meet customer needs in terms of product quality and customer service,” APH CEO and Managing Director Neale Joseph commented.
“The partnership with Annex continues our strategy of delivering great customer service outcomes with Australian grown produce,” he added.
APH is up 7.14 per cent on the market with shares trading at 45 cents at 1:55 pm AEST.
