Junior Corporate Counsel – Cannabis

EsquireConnect, Inc. has partnered with a high profile multi-state operator cannabis firm seeking a Junior Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience. This position is open to candidates in Chicago, Boston, NYC, and NJ.

Ideal candidates must have Big Law firm experience, corporate, transactional, and/or M&A experience. Strong academic credentials, legal research and writing skills are required. Prior cannabis industry or premium retail experience from a major brand is preferred.

All candidates must possess a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and law license in good standing in their respective state.
