Goodwin seeks a highly qualified senior associate to join our Litigation Department in Los Angeles, California. The candidate must have general experience with complex commercial litigation, as well as specific experience handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and document review. In court experience is preferred but not required. Also, experience with cannabis litigation and/or cannabis regulatory issues is preferred but not required.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission required.
