2+ Year Transactional Attorney (In-House) Robert Half Culver City, CA Temporary

A booming natural care products company is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience. The ideal attorney will have transactional experience either at a law firm or in-house. The ideal attorney will have experience reviewing, redlining, and summarizing contracts. Experience with cannabis or consumer products regulatory matters is a plus, but not required. This attorney must be admitted to the California state bar.

This is a new attorney position the company is adding as they are rapidly expanding! This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel who will invest in training and mentoring this attorney. This attorney will be a true generalist. This attorney will handle a wide range of work, including contracts, intellectual property, compliance and regulatory matters, corporate transactions, and more!
