Full Job Description
The Salt Lake City office of Harris Bricken seeks an exceptional mid-level associate with at least 2 years of experience to join its growing Salt Lake City office. This attorney will work on a variety of domestic and international transactional matters within our M&A, securities, finance, IP, international trade, cannabis, and corporate groups.
Ideal candidates will have experience in business transactions and a keen interest in international business. We hire attorneys who are or want to become thought leaders and enjoy client development through speaking at trade conferences, presenting webinars, writing blog posts, and actively building their network of clients.
Candidates must have solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and strong references. Applicants must be in Utah and eligible to be licensed in Utah.
