DCC is here to support its licensees who have experienced theft and criminal activity. We want to remind licensees who experience a theft, loss of inventory, or any other criminal activity, to notify the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) within 24 hours of the incident. You can do so using form DCC-LIC-028. Other reporting requirements are listed in the form and questions can be emailed to info@cannabis.ca.gov.
Notification aides the Department in working to better track and respond to regional activity and share information with local partners that helps support licensees.
