Please feel free to join us at our AGM. The meeting starts at 4pmdownstairs at The Royal Oak, 14 Brisbane Street, Launceston with venue open from 3:45pm to give everyone a chance to get settled.
We strongly encourage all voting members to participate in this process and invite any other interested parties and supporters to join us. To RSVP please reply to this email, and thanks to those who have rsvp’d already.
We will report on the year that has just passed, taking nominations and electing the Board Members. All of this will be handled simultaneously in person and via video link, so we ask for your patience as we operate this hybrid model for the third year running.
