This is the second installment in a series of in-depth conversations with the community about Colorado’s recently enacted natural medicine laws. Many of the trends and issues experienced in the Oregon Psilocybin Services program will play out similarly in Colorado and our legal experts will highlight lessons learned from Oregon that will impact Colorado’s natural medicine participants, including topics ranging from novel business structures and 280E tax issues to waivers of liability and land use and zoning considerations, plus more!
We are also eager to hear from attendees about their questions and concerns as they await the launch of Colorado’s regulated natural medicine program.
This event will feature Kaci Hohmann, Matt Brockmeier, and Dave Kopilak, members of the firm’s Psychedelics Practice Group. As always, we will provide ample time for an extended Q&A session with attendees.
